Players convert their Handicap Index (HI) to the 18 hole Course Handicap with 85% allowance to give a Playing Handicap (PH). The maximum Handicap Index allowed is 36.0.

When a team consists of Members and Visitors, the relevant Member must select the appropriate optional payment for the correct payment to be debited from their account:

2 Members & 2 Visitors - £20 extra

1 Member & 3 Visitors - £30 extra
