WREXHAM GOLF CLUB welcome you to their Course
and clubhouse and trust that you will
have a very enjoyable day's golf followed by a first class meal.
We would ask you to read carefully the following rules which are strictly
applied. |

SOCIETY BOOKINGS: Will only be accepted for a minimum of 16 and a maximum of 36 players, unless
special dispensation has been granted, the minimum number of 16 being guaranteed
for payment on the day. |

DEPOSIT: A deposit of £50.00 must be paid to confirm the booking. The
deposit will be offset against the charges on the day. |
| |
CANCELLATION FEE: 2 months notice must be given otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. |
| |
SOCIETY MEMBERS: A list of possible attenders to be submitted at least
72 hours before the day of visit, to conform with Licensing laws. |
| |
SOCIETY CHARGES: £45.00
per person inclusive of green fees and catering. This price will be held
at the rate quoted in the booking irrespective of any subsequent increase
imposed.

SOCIETY DAYS: Society days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
for 9 holes am, and 18 holes pm. |

STARTING TIMES: The first tee will be reserved for you at 10.30 am
for 9 holes & 2.00 pm for 18 holes. You are asked to play from the yellow markers. |
| |
INSURANCE: All players are expected to hold third party insurance (often covered in your household
policy). |
| |
DRESS CODE: |

CLUBHOUSE:
No denim jeans, trainers, shorts, slogan type tee shirts or sleeveless
shirts, football type shorts, tracksuits, golf shoes.
Jacket & tie required in the lounge and dining room after 7.30 pm. |

COURSE: As in the clubhouse,
however, shorts if worn must be of a tailored type, knee length stockings
or short white socks are to be worn with them. Trousers are not to be tucked
into socks. |

ETIQUETTE: All visitors
are expected to conform to the etiquette and rules of golf.
There are a number of fields adjacent to the course, visitors must accept
that they have no rights to enter the fields looking for golf balls, anyone
attempting to climb fences will be asked to leave the course. Accidental
damage to property must be reported.
Play: Practice swings and trolleys are not permitted
on tees. All pitch marks to be repaired, all divots replaced and bunkers
smoothly raked. Players must not climb up or down the bunker faces.
Practice: Not permitted on the course. A practice ground
complemented by a short game area and putting green is available.
Dogs: Not permitted on the course
Mobile Telephones: May not be used either on the course
or within the clubhouse. Essential calls should be made from the pay phone
or discretely from within your car.
INSURANCE: Visitors are strongly advised to check they
are adequately covered.
Please do not be offended if you are asked to comply with the dress code. |

CATERING ARRANGEMENTS:
To be made with Mrs G White on Wrexham (01978) 358705 at least 7 days before
your visit, final numbers to be confirmed at least 48 hours before your
visit, numbers confirmed will have to be paid for. Please note the bar snack
menu is for the members use only. |
