Notice of Special General Meeting
Notice of Special General Meeting 21st April 2010.
In accordance with Section 21 of the Club Rules, notice is hereby given that the Management Board are seeking nominations for the Office of Club Chairman.
All nominations must be proposed and seconded - all nominees, proposers and seconders must be full members of Wrexham Golf Club.
Not less than seven days before the Special General meeting the name of each member so nominated and seconded shall be sent in writing to the Secretary / Manager or entered on the appropriate form provided for that purpose on the Club Notice Board.
The Special General Meeting called for the 21st April 2010 will meet to elect the Club Chairman by vote or acclamation.
Notification of the above meeting will be forwarded to all full members by post shortly.
