CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS

A stamped addressed envelope and the appropriate Entry Fee must accompany the entry form, otherwise entries will not necessarily be considered or acknowledged.
Times and markers will be arranged upon application. The order and time of starting will be posted to each first named competitor. Pairs wishing to nominate specific playing partners should notify the Club accordingly when entering. After 1st May entrance fees will not be refunded.
In the event of a tie (or ties) the rules of the Golf Union of Wales shall apply.
Each entrant must be a member of a recognised Golf Club and hold a current handicap. The committee reserves the right to refuse entry without explanation. All disputes shall be referred pending its decision, which shall be final.
The committee reserves the right to accept late entries but only if suitable times are available
Competitors MUST be 18 years of age or over on 1st June 2008
Winners will be asked to produce handicap certificates and are expected to attend the Prize Presentation (jacket & tie please).
Smart casual wear is permitted in all rooms.
Competitors must not enter the lounge/dining room wearing clothes in which they have just played Golf.
